Free Running Calculators
Choose a calculator around the number you already know and the result you need. You can convert a treadmill setting to outdoor pace, build race checkpoints, combine running and walking intervals, compare a hilly effort with flat pace, or estimate training ranges from a recent result.
Treadmill speed to pace
Convert mph or km/h into minutes per mile and kilometer before an indoor workout.
Marathon pace and splits
Turn a marathon goal into even pace and cumulative 5K checkpoints.
Run/walk pacing
Find a distance-weighted average from separate running and walking intervals.
Grade-adjusted pace
Estimate an equivalent flat pace for an uphill or downhill effort.
Training pace ranges
Estimate easy, long, tempo, threshold and interval ranges from a recent 5K.
Core pace
Convert distance and elapsed time into pace, speed, finish time and even splits in mile or kilometer units.
Pace
Calculate running pace, speed, finish time and per-mile or per-kilometer splits from any distance.
Open calculatorRunning pace
Find your running pace per mile and kilometer, average speed, finish time and detailed splits.
Open calculatorMile pace
Calculate pace per mile from distance and time, with kilometer conversion and cumulative splits.
Open calculatorRace day
Turn a goal time into practical checkpoints for common race distances, or project a finish from a pace you can sustain.
5K pace
Enter your 5K finish time to calculate pace per kilometer, pace per mile, speed and race splits.
Open calculator10K pace
Convert a 10K finish time into per-kilometer and per-mile pace, speed and complete splits.
Open calculatorHalf marathon
Calculate half marathon pace and cumulative 5K splits from a goal time or recent result.

Open calculatorGrade adjusted
Estimate grade-adjusted flat pace from actual running pace and uphill or downhill gradient.
Open calculatorChoose inputs that match the session
Use a measured distance and complete elapsed time when reviewing a run. For race planning, begin with a recent performance under reasonably similar conditions. Training ranges are starting points rather than required targets; hills, heat, wind, fatigue and the purpose of the session can justify a slower pace.
Split tables assume an even pace, while grade-adjusted and run/walk results are models. Keep units consistent, preserve seconds when entering a time and compare the output with effort and recent training rather than relying on one number alone.
